Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

Welcome to RogueX Tour (the “Service,” “Bot,” “we,” “us”), a Discord bot and accompanying website that organizes competitive PGA Tour 2K25 leagues and a paid coaching marketplace. By adding the Bot to a Discord server, registering as a player via /tour-signup, booking coaching, or otherwise using the Bot’s features, you (“User,” “you”) agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Bot.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Bot, in accordance with Discord’s Terms of Service. The Bot asks for your birth year at signup and blocks registration for anyone under 13. If you are 13–17, you represent that a parent or legal guardian is aware of and consents to your participation, and you may not use any paid feature. Paid coaching and all payments (Sections 13–14 below) are restricted to adults aged 18+. Server administrators are responsible for ensuring their members meet these requirements.

2. What the Bot Does

RogueX Tour facilitates a season-long competitive league with features including:

  • Player registration, handicap tracking, and division placement
  • Match scheduling, settings randomization, and score reporting
  • Public leaderboards, MVP race, power rankings, achievements, and trophy cases
  • Optional fantasy golf, Community Cup events, side challenges, and pick’em predictions
  • Twitch and Kick stream alerts for active matches and tour members
  • Automated weekly recaps, spotlights, and narrative match summaries
  • A paid coaching marketplace where verified Tour members can sell 1-on-1 video-game coaching sessions

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice for material changes that affect your data or experience.

3. Your Account and Conduct

When you use the Bot you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information at signup (real handicap, real stream handle, etc.)
  • Report match scores honestly. Falsifying scores is grounds for ban from the Tour at the operator’s discretion
  • Treat other players, commissioners, and stream audiences respectfully
  • Not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, harass, or disrupt the Bot or other users
  • Comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times
  • Use the Bot only for the purposes it was designed for — running and participating in tournaments and coaching

We reserve the right to remove your data, ban you from leagues, suspend coaching listings, or refuse service for any violation of these terms, at the operator’s discretion.

4. Server Operator Responsibilities

If you are a Discord server administrator who added the Bot to your server, you are responsible for configuring the Bot’s channels and permissions appropriately, communicating these Terms and the Privacy Policy to your members, resolving disputes among players in your server, and ensuring your use of the Bot complies with applicable laws.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

The Bot, its name (“RogueX Tour,” “RogueX Caddie”), its branding, embeds, generated images (Tour Cards, fight cards, achievement badges), and source code are the property of the operator. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell the Bot or its outputs without written permission. Content you provide (match scores, course suggestions, stream URLs, VOD links, coaching descriptions) remains yours, but by submitting it you grant the Bot a non-exclusive license to display, store, and process it as part of normal operation.

6. Third-Party Services

The Bot interacts with the following services to deliver its features:

  • Discord — displaying messages, slash commands, role assignment, DMs
  • Twitch Helix API — verifying handles, fetching profile images, detecting live streams
  • Kick public API — detecting live streams
  • Stripe — processing payments and managing coach Stripe Connect accounts (Section 14)
  • Resend — sending optional newsletter emails to opted-in subscribers

Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, data handling, or policy changes at those services.

7. No Warranty

The Bot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Bot will be available, error-free, secure, or accurate at all times. Match data, leaderboards, and stats are best-effort and may contain errors. Coaching services are provided by independent coaches, not the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator, its team, and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Bot, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or any disputes arising from coaching sessions. In any case, our total liability for any claim arising from the Bot is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the Bot in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold the operator harmless from claims arising from your violation of these Terms, your content submitted to the Bot, or your conduct toward other users.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Bot at any time. To delete your data, see the Privacy Policy for instructions. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Bot, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any reason at the operator’s discretion. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) will survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be announced in your server’s announcement channel where the Bot is active. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province where the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Coaching Marketplace — Overview

RogueX Tour operates a marketplace where verified Tour members may offer paid 1-on-1 PGA Tour 2K25 coaching sessions. The platform takes a 20% commission on each booking. The remaining 80% is paid out to the coach via Stripe Connect. Sessions are delivered virtually inside the game with voice coordination over Discord.

Coaches receive payouts in their local currency through Stripe Connect Express. The marketplace currently supports coaches based in: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, Germany, France, Japan, and Singapore. Coaches based in other countries may contact admin via Discord — we can add additional countries that Stripe Connect Express supports (40+ countries are eligible).

14. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Funds are held in escrow by the platform until the coach marks the session complete, at which point the coach’s share is released. If a coach fails to mark a session complete within 14 days of booking, the funds auto-release to the coach. Refund and dispute windows are as follows:

  • Customer no-questions refund window: within 24 hours of booking AND before the coach has marked the session complete, customers may request a full refund by contacting admin via Discord. Admin will process the refund within 2 business days.
  • Coach delivery window: coaches must deliver and mark the session complete within 14 days of the booking date. Bookings sitting in escrow past 14 days are auto-released to the coach.
  • Post-fulfillment dispute window: within 7 days of the coach marking a session complete, the customer may dispute the session by contacting admin via Discord. Disputes are resolved case-by-case based on available evidence (chat logs, VODs, screenshots) and may result in a partial or full refund — with the coach’s share clawed back from their Stripe balance.
  • Admin override: the platform reserves the right to issue refunds outside these windows in cases of clear coach misconduct, fraud, or platform error.
  • Stripe processing fees (~2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) are not refunded by Stripe even when a full refund is issued. The customer receives the original charge amount back; the fee remains paid out.
  • Bank chargebacks: customers also have the right to dispute charges directly with their card issuer per Visa/Mastercard/Amex rules (typically within 60-120 days). Chargebacks are handled per Stripe’s policies. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in a permanent ban from the platform.

15. Coach Obligations

Coaches selling sessions through the marketplace agree to:

  • Complete Stripe Connect Express onboarding, including identity verification (KYC)
  • Deliver sessions as described in their package listings
  • Mark sessions complete within 14 days of booking (after which funds auto-release)
  • Maintain no more than 5 active packages on the public directory at any time; archive older packages before adding new ones to keep the catalog focused
  • Communicate professionally with customers; resolve scheduling issues in good faith
  • Handle their own income tax obligations on coaching revenue. Stripe Connect provides applicable tax forms (1099-K for US, T4A for Canada, etc.)
  • Not solicit customers off-platform to avoid platform fees
  • Respond to admin dispute inquiries (Section 14) within 48 hours; failure to respond may result in the dispute being resolved in the customer’s favor

16. Customer Obligations

Customers booking sessions agree to:

  • Pay in good faith for the booked package
  • Attend or reschedule promptly; no-shows are not refundable at the coach’s discretion
  • Behave appropriately during coaching sessions
  • Not chargeback fraudulently — doing so may result in a ban from the platform

17. Contact

For questions, disputes, or data requests, contact the operator through the official RogueX Tour Discord server — open a ticket in #admin-help or DM the server admin role. Discord invite link is at the bottom of every page on this site (“Join the Discord” in the footer).
